Over four weeks, we'll delve into the heart of Mexico's most cherished legends, spanning from mystical animals and iconic personalities to profound religious tales and ancient pre-Hispanic myths. Each week, our tertulia (discussion) will focus on a specific theme, providing ample opportunities for students to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish. This course includes 4 tertulias about: Week 1 - Animal Legends Week 2 - People Legends Week 3 - Religious legends Week 4 - Pre-hispanic legends By the end of this course, you will have a deeper appreciation of Mexican culture and its legends. Still, they will also have enriched your Spanish vocabulary and conversational skills. Join us on this enchanting journey through tales and language!
